• Name, phone number, email address, and property city or ZIP code submitted through our contact or free estimate request form.
• Project details you choose to share, such as the service you need and any free-text description of the problem.

• Your mobile phone number, if you opt in to receive SMS messages from us.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information, IP address, operating system, referring website, and the pages you view on the Site.
• Marketing attribution data, including campaign parameters in the URL you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and advertising click identifiers (such as Google’s gclid, Microsoft’s msclkid, Meta’s fbclid, and TikTok’s ttclid).
• The page you first landed on and the website or search engine that referred you, stored in your browser so we can understand how people find us.
• Session activity captured by analytics and session-replay tools, which may include mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling. These tools are configured to mask text you type into form fields.

3. SMS Communications

If you check the SMS consent box on our form and provide your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Magnum Home Services at that number, including appointment and estimate confirmations, inspection reminders, project updates, and occasional promotional offers.

• Your mobile number and consent record are processed by our customer relationship management provider and our SMS delivery provider for the sole purpose of sending these messages. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, browser local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure how it is used, and understand which marketing channels lead to inquiries. Some of these are essential to the Site working; others are analytics or advertising technologies.

• Microsoft Clarity — session replay and heatmaps, used to find usability problems.
• PeoplePixel / IntentWave — visitor identification and audience technology used for marketing measurement and outreach.
• GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management platform, which stores your contact details, inquiry, and SMS consent record.
• Google Places API — used to display our live Google rating and reviews. This does not transmit your personal information to Google.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
